Your private Bathtub/Shower is outside your room down the hall.
You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in the livingroom ( 12' x 24.5' ) or Front Porch in the evenings.
Guest area also includes 32" T.V., computer, fridge, microwave, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

when you stay 3 nights . The Beef Baron, Carpaccios and Mama Mia's Restaurants are Family owned

Clifton Hill and offer a great selection to suit everyone's taste.
           
A Full Breakfast is served Buffet Style, so that you are able to choose to sit in our front porch
in the summer or by the fireplace in the livingroom in the winter.
