Andrea's B&B is located between the Rainbow and Whirlpool Bridges just one house up from the River Road ( Niagara Parkway ).
From Toronto : Follow the QEW to 405 and then exit onto Stanley Ave.
Turn right onto Stanley and then left onto Whirlpool Road just before you cross the Train Track.
Turn right onto River Road ( Niagara Parkway ) and follow it past the Whirlpool Bridge
for about 5 blocks and turn right onto Simcoe Street .
  From Peace Bridge : Follow QEW to Niagara Falls ( 15 minute drive ) and exit on Hwy 420 then turn left at the first set of
lights onto Stanley Ave. Follow Stanley to the second set of lights and turn right onto Morrison and drive to the very end .
Turn right on Zimmerman and then Turn right onto River Road and go one block and then right onto Simcoe Street.
From Rainbow Bridge: Take the First Exit to your right ( Do not follow Hwy 420 ) as soon as you get off the Bridge .
Turn right on Hiram and left onto River Road ( Niagara Parkway ).
Follow the River Road about 9 blocks and turn left onto Simcoe Street .
